Frequently Asked Questions
answered
What is a reno package?
A Reno Package is a group of high-impact home improvements designed to improve your property’s condition, functionality, curb appeal, or marketability.
Rather than treating every repair or upgrade as a separate project, we help you combine the right work into one organized plan.
Do I have to choose an entire package?
No. Packages are a starting point, not a restriction.
Choose three or more upgrades from the available package options, then build a project that fits your home, priorities, and budget.
Can I mix upgrades from different packages?
Yes.
You may combine items from different packages when it makes sense for the overall project. For example, exterior upgrades, interior improvements, repairs, and functional updates can all be planned together.
The goal is not to sell you a preset list. The goal is to build the right scope for your property.
What if I am not sure where to start?
That is exactly where A.R.C. comes in.
We help you identify the areas of your home that are holding it back, then prioritize improvements based on condition, functionality, visual impact, and your long-term plans for the property.
Whether you are preparing to sell, recently moved in, or simply want to improve your home, we can help create a clear direction.
Do you complete all of the work yourselves?
A.R.C. Contracting is your project coordinator and primary point of contact.
We build the scope, coordinate the appropriate qualified trades, manage communication, and keep the project moving. Instead of dealing with multiple contractors, schedules, quotes, and follow-ups, you deal with one organized plan.
Are Reno Packages only for homeowners?
No.
Many clients use packages to prepare a various projects, but they are primarily built for homeowners who want to improve how their home looks, works, and feels.
The right upgrades can make a home more enjoyable to live in while also improving its long-term appeal.
How is pricing handled?
Every project is scoped based on the work selected, the condition of the property, materials, trade requirements, and project complexity.
Before work begins, you receive a clear project outline so you understand what is being completed, what is included, and how the project will move forward.
Will you handle permits or trade coordination if needed?
Yes. When a project requires permits, inspections, specialized trades, or multiple stages of work, A.R.C. coordinates the process as part of the overall project plan.
You should not have to manage separate contractors just to improve your own home.
